In a nail-biting race that kept fans on the edge of their seats, Kasia took the coveted Maillot Jaune in the penultimate stage, maintaining a 27-second lead as the race headed into the final day. The stage, which featured the challenging Col de la Colombière and a finish at the summit of Le Grand-Bornand, was a true test of endurance and strategy. Kasia’s brilliant ride secured her fourth place in the stage, ensuring her lead in the general classification.
With strong support from her CANYON//SRAM teammates—Alice Towers, Agnieszka Skalniak-Sójka, Soraya Paladin, Neve Bradbury, and Chloé Dygert—Kasia crossed the finish line at Alpe d'Huez, clinching the overall victory by just four seconds. This marks the closest winning margin in the history of both the Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.
Kasia’s victory is a testament to her determination and the unwavering support of her team. Despite losing teammate Elise Chabbey to a crash earlier in the race, the CANYON//SRAM squad rallied together, defending the yellow jersey right to the end.
